Ama per vedere, perché non è cosa da poco quello che vedrai, né insignificante; vedrai Colui, che ha fatto tutto quello che ami. E se le cose che desideri sono belle, come sarà colui che le ha fatte? Dio non vuole che tu ami la terra, non vuole che tu ami il cielo, cioè le cose che vivi, ma vuole che ami Lui che non vedi. Ma un giorno Lo vedrai, se Lo amerai.
AmaLo ora che non Lo vedi, per goderLo quando sarai davanti a Lui. Desidera di possederLo, di abbracciarLo.
Rimani ora unito a Lui con la fede, per essere poi unito a Lui nella visione.
La gloria non è altro che la bellezza; la bellezza non è altro che l'amore; l'amore non è altro che la vita. Quindi, se vuoi vivere, ama. Sei ami, è bello. Se questa bellezza ti manca, allora tu non vivi, hai solo l'apparenza della vita, ma non vivi dentro di te.

"God answers the prayers of the person who believes.
It is no great thing to see Christ with the eyes of the body, but it is a great thing to believe in Christ with the eyes of the heart.
Love if you want to see, because what you will see is neither small nor insignificant; you will see Him who has made everything that you love. If the things you desire are beautiful , how much more is He who made these things? God doesn't want you to love the world, nor does He want you to love the heavens, that is, the things that live, but He wants that you love Him whom you cannot see. But one day you will see Him, if you love Him.
Love Him now even if you do not see Him, so that you can enjoy Him when you will see Him. Desire to possess Him, to embrace Him.
Now in faith, remain united to Him , so that you can be united to Him in the Beatific Vision.
The glory of Heaven is nothing other than beauty; beauty on its part is nothing other than love; Love is nothing other than life. Therefore, if you want to live, LOVE. If you love, that is beautiful. If you lack this beauty, then you do not live, you only have the appearance of life, but there is no life within you.
