Continua Nino Salvaneschi nel suo libro " Saper Soffrire":" Così il dolore é arma, canto e calice. E l'iniziazione eroica lirica e mistica si compie: ognuno diventa eroe della propria battaglia, cantore della propria tragedia, sacerdote del proprio sacrificio." E in altro punto l'autore continua nella sua riflessione sulla sofferenza:" Spesso le spine che non si vedono fanno maggiormente male. Spesso i dolori muti sono quelli che gridano più forte. E le anime accorate se ne vanno con le loro ferite silenziose in mezzo al frastuono e all'indifferenza. Non tutte le spine sono confitte nelle carni e non tutte le pene affiorano alle labbra. Solo lo sguardo rivela la spina che non si vede e solo il silenzio dice il grido che si tace. Ed in altra pagina dello splendido libro di Nino Salvaneschi l'autore soggiunge:" Eppure parlare sarebbe stato uno sfogo; gridare, una liberazione; mostrare la ferita, guarire. Ma solo il cielo può ascoltare e vedere in silenzio.Tutti possiamo divenire il cielo per qualcuno.
Nino Salvaneschi in his book, Saper Soffrire, says
"So pain is a weapon, a song and a chalice. And it is a heroic, mystical and poetic initiation which forms us: each person becomes the hero of his/her own battles, the narrator of his/her own dramas and a priest of his/her own sacrifices."
In another part of this section, Salvaneschi continues his reflection on suffering, he says: " Often the thorns you don't see cause the greatest pain. And t is the silent pains which often cry out the loudest. And it is these suffering people who silently carry their pain although they are surrounded by noise and indifference. Not all thorns deeply pierce the skin and not all pains are declared. Only their eyes reveal the thorn that you can't see and only their silence reveals their cry which is not voiced."
On another page of Nino Salvaneschi"s profound book, we read: "Indeed, to be able to speak would have been a liberation; to be able to cry out would have been release; to be able to show the wound would have been a healing. But only heaven can hear and see what is communicated in silence. We all can become a heaven for someone."
