L'esperienza ci dice che anche l'uomo più forte può scendere negli abissi della disperazione. Le frustrazioni si accumulano, l'ira e il risentimento aggiungono il loro peso. Malattie, cattive notizie, disgrazie, maltrattamenti - tutto può sopraggiungere insieme. Può essere successo anche a noi. E' in questi momenti che abbiamo bisogno di ricordare che Gesù non ci lascia mai. Egli si rivolse al Padre con un grido. Anche il nostro grido si rivolga al Padre, che costantemente viene in nostro aiuto in tutta la nostra angoscia ogniqualvolta lo invochiamo.
Experience teaches us that even the strongest person can fall into the abyss of despair. Frustrations pile up, anger and resentment add their weight. Sickness, bad news, misfortune, abuse – all of these seem to befall one at the same time. This can also happen to each of us. It is in these moments that we need to remember that Jesus never leaves us alone. He turned to his Father and cried out to Him. We must let our cry also go up to the Father, who constantly comes to our help everytime that we call out to him in anguish.
