Nino Salvaneschi nel suo libro " Saper Soffrire" scrive:"Non diciamo dunque:" beati quelli che non soffrono", poiché sappiamo che rimangono fuori da una porta chiusa e lontani dalla strada regale."..." ..Se soffri da solo, lavori alla miniatura o alla caricatura di te stesso. Se soffri con gli altri, superi nuovi orizzonti. Se soffri per la patria, sei una nota dell'inno nazionale. Se soffri per l'umanità, prendi coscienza dell'Universo. Se soffri con Dio, ogni pena ti sarà lieve.
Ma accettare é la prima legge. Accettare per conoscersi. Per vedere di più. Per capire il dovere. Per sentire la fraternità. Per trasfigurare il dolore in allegrezza.
Nino Salvaneschi in his book, "Saper Soffrire" writes: "We never say, "Blessed are those who don't suffer", because we know that those people who would say this remain outside a closed door and far from the regal way." ....
Salvaneschi continues, "If you concentrate on your own suffering, you work on a minature painting or on a caricature of yourself. If you suffer with others, you go towards new horizons. If you suffer for your country, you are like a note in the national anthem. If you suffer for humanity, you become aware of the universe. If you suffer with God, every pain will be lightened.
But, first of all, you need to accept the pain. By accepting it, you will know yourself. You will see more clearly. You will understand your mission. You will feel a fraternity. You will change your pain into happiness."
